If you follow a personalized diet, you’ll be meeting your protein requirements without the need of using an additional supplement. Only take a supplement if prescribed by your doctor or dietitian. Remember you can find good sources of protein in foods such as: skim milk, cheese, eggs, lean meats, poultry, fish, and legumes such as beans, chickpeas, and lentils.
